- Run interviews to identify the concrete decision, process, or output that needs to change before recommending any tool.

- How does this compare to the IIBA CBAP?
- CBAP is the deep, generalist BA credential. This cert is narrower and AI-specific. They complement each other: CBAP proves you are a serious BA, this one proves you are a BA who can handle the AI projects coming through the door.
- Do I need experience to take this?
- No. The questions are scenario-based and designed to be answerable from first principles plus the kind of judgment you build in your first year of BA work.
- Will vendors recognize this when I push back on their demos?

- What if I fail?

- One year from issue. A renewal sits exam keeps your credential current as the bank refreshes.
