READINESS certification mark, AI SKILLS, issued by jusCode Academy.

Engineers and analysts in your company are using AI for half their day already. Admins are the people the exec asks to make sense of the same tools without putting privacy or relationships at risk. This cert is the visible signal that you are keeping pace from your side of the org.

Who this cert is for

Early career

If you're new to executive support

Admin roles look easy from the outside, until you realize a single dropped invite or leaked exec contact list can cost a real promotion or partnership. Hiring managers are quietly raising the bar: they want admins who can use AI without putting the exec at risk. This cert is the fastest way to walk into the interview with a verifiable signal that you understand the line between productive automation and a trust-destroying mistake.

Mid-career

If you've been in the role for years

Your toolbelt is already deep, but every AI vendor is trying to sell your CEO an assistant that replaces you. The honest answer is: not yet, but only if the admin in the loop knows where AI fails. Take this cert and you have proof on paper that the assistant in the room is the one who can spot what the AI gets wrong, and what would cost the exec the deal if it shipped.

What you’ll prove

  • Set up an AI assistant for calendaring with the right read vs write boundaries so it never books a meeting that shouldn't have been booked.
  • Spot the leak risk in 'just paste it into ChatGPT' workflows around exec contact lists, draft contracts, and confidential briefings.
  • Override an AI optimization when it conflicts with the exec's actual preferences, and document the override so the next admin understands.
  • Triage inbound comms with AI assistance while keeping the human judgment that flags the political subtext the model misses.
  • Pick the right level of automation for travel, expense, and document work, and know which steps must stay manual.

Sample questions

Real questions from the bank, in the same shape you’ll see in the exam. Correct answers are not shown.

  1. Q01Scheduling and calendars

An AI assistant offers to book external meetings on behalf of an exec. The right setup is:

    • Full autonomy across all calendars.
    • Constrained to read availability and propose times; sending invites to anyone outside a whitelisted set requires admin confirmation.
    • Read-only and useless.
    • Auto-decline everything inbound.
  2. Q02Data privacy

Your team wants to upload the exec contact list to a public LLM to 'organize relationships.' The biggest risk is:

    • Slower upload speed.
    • Disclosure of confidential business relationships to a third party that may retain or train on them, plus personal data of recipients without their consent.
    • A larger database file.
    • Inconsistent logo formatting.
  3. Q03Boundary and judgment

AI suggests rearranging an exec's day to 'maximize focus blocks.' The exec values a specific 1:1 the AI wants to move. Best admin response:

    • Move it, since the AI optimized for focus.
    • Override with a written reason about the exec's preference; AI optimizes for time, not relationships.
    • Move it quietly and tell no one.
    • Cancel the 1:1 entirely.

Honest tradeoffs

  • · Not a replacement for years of relationship-building with a specific exec.
  • · Not a credential in any specific scheduling, expense, or document tool.
  • · Not a vendor certification. There is no Outlook section, no Google section.

It is proof you can let AI handle the volume without losing the judgment that protects the exec, the company, and your relationship.

Frequently asked

Will my exec take this credential seriously?
Make it easy for them. Each certificate has a public verify page at academy.juscode.co/c/<id> (IDs follow the pattern jcaradmin-2026-AB7K). Share the URL once and they see issuance date, recipient name, and live status. Most execs do not adjudicate credentials, they look for proof of seriousness. The verify link is that proof in one click.
Do I need to be technical to pass?
No. The exam is scenario-based multiple choice. No coding, no API, no prompt engineering. If you can describe what you do at work, you can pass.
How is this different from generic AI literacy training?
Generic AI training is consumer-focused. This cert is built around the actual situations admins face: protecting an exec's calendar, handling confidential briefings, managing inbound from senior stakeholders, and knowing when to override the AI.
What if I fail?
Pay $2 to retry once after the 2-hour gate. The retry pulls a fresh randomized subset from the bank.
How long does it take?
45 minutes hard timer. Most candidates finish in 30-35 minutes. The server auto-submits whatever is answered when time expires.
Will the questions get out of date?
The bank is reviewed and refreshed continuously. Certificates are valid for one year so a renewal sits exam pulls from the updated bank.

What this changes for you

BEFORE

Your team has started routing inbox triage, calendar wrangling, and document prep through AI assistants. Half of it saves you hours; the other half quietly creates double-bookings and wrong-recipient emails. You cannot quite say which workflow is which.

AFTER

You can name which assistant tasks need a human checkpoint, where to add the verification step, and which workflows are safe to fully automate. The next ops review names you as the person who can be trusted to set the policy.
